We encourage you to add Cage Fitness classes to your regular training schedule. This 30-minute fitness class, designed by UFC champion Matt Hughes, is an efficient, compact, total body workout based on the structure of a mixed martial arts bout. It is an aerobic and anaerobic workout to music in which you will get a great sweat! You can set your own pace, modify the exercises, there is no pressure, no belts, no partners, and no contact. Listen To Your Body. If you are sick or have the early symptoms of a bug, stay home and recover. Pushing yourself when sick will prolong your illness and expose others. Use good common sense. If you do pick up something, rest, be patient, and drink plenty of fluids. Keep your uniform clean through regular washing and bleaching. Staying healthy is good self defense and being considerate for others is a trait all martial artists should aspire for. Get back to class when you’re recovered and give yourself the chance to perform at your best!
